Hiro Sushi offers a delightful medley of flavors, showcased through their house special rolls. The Deep Fried California Roll is a must-try, featuring a harmonious blend of cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, and imitation crab, all deep-fried to perfection and drizzled with spicy and unagi sauces. We ordered take out twice from this place and both times were satisfying. Portions are nice and big yet prices are not expensive. Rolls taste fresh. I can say this place is one of the good ones in Port Coquitlam area. We will definitely order again in near future

Tasty, fresh, and affordable sushi. It’s been our sushi place for the past 8 years and it’s been great every time

The food is very good and reasonably priced. This is our go to place!!

The pricing is phenomenal. Great value. Super fresh sushi, crab and seaweed in the miso. The place is busy but there is never a wait to get seated. Yum in the tumtum. I recommend and personally plan on returning. Again and again. Free parking in the back for 2 hours. Also the place is in the back side of the building. Tricky to find for the first time.

Forget the poor reviews of this place. The sushi was cheap, delicious, and served quick! Staff were friendly enough and they served us promptly. All the rolls were really tasty (We tried the spicy negitoro, twin salmon and spicy smoked oyster rolls) and the fish was fresh. Ignore the bad reviews, I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I have been going to Hiro sushi for a few months now and am a frequent customer now. Today, they accidentally made a mistake with my order and I called and they quickly resolved it without hesitation. Great customer service right there. I will continue to refer this place to my friends and continue to support this local business. In terms of quality the fish tastes fresh especially their salmon. The portions are generous and my kids love the California rolls. The bento box is of great value and we usually order this. My personal favourite is the salmon don which offers large portions of fresh salmon.

Five stars for what it is, a hole-in-the-wall, unassuming neighborhood with tasty food, nicely prepared, good proportions and friendly service. This is where you go if you live nearby or you want to explore a bit. Honest food, good prices and friendly owners behind the counter My dinner: unagi rice bowl, unagi cone and black dragon role. Three stars for atmosphere because it has none, so don’t want to suggest it has a vibe. It’s got all the vibe of a coffee shop in the bottom of an office tower in the 1970s. It’s functional. Not a knock against it at all.

This is our favourite sushi restaurant, and we eat a LOT of sushi. You can't beat the price, and the quality and taste are consistently great. The staff are kind, hardworking and skilled. We've been eating here years and are so glad that this gem is in our neighborhood.
